Programme of Summer Tours & Visits 2008

• Participants will need to make their own travel arrangements to the venue.
• Each tour will be led by an expert member of the Civic Society.
• Children below 16 years old must be accompanied by a related adult.
• Participants should dress appropriately for the weather.
• Participants join the tours and visits entirely at their own risk.
• There is no charge for the walking tours of Bridgwater 11 May & 15 June, but donations to the Civic Society will be appreciated. Walking Tours of Bridgwater last 1 - 1½ hour. They will be on town centre footpaths and streets. Participants in the Walking Tours will have the opportunity to learn about the history, social development, architecture and the built environment of Bridgwater.
• Visits last for the afternoon. There may be a charge for admission or refreshments, or both.
